Here at the Flour Box, we take a lot of time to perfect our puff pastry doughs. These treats take a total of 3 days to make due to the strict lamination process and required cool temperatures so the butter between each incredibly thin layer doesn't melt and become a huge hot mess...like the rest of us, most of the time.
The process is labor intensive, but the end result is worth all the effort. Our pastry is light and perfectly flakey with a tender center filled with your choice of fruit or cream cheese. We take a lot of pride in the fact that our pastry has a total of 64 butter thing layers, while other pastries only have 27.
What does all of this mean for you exactly? It simply means, you get amazingly more flavorful textures... making our one-of-a-kind pastry a joy to devour and the best in the valley!
