Our Large Soft Pretzels are buttery and delicious, characterized by their unique chewy texture, and distinctive taste. What makes them so special? We're glad you asked! The answer lies in a brief dip in a warm soda bath before baking. This bath essentially gelatinizes the outside of the pretzel, preventing it from fully “springing” during baking (as bread does) and giving pretzels their signature chewy crust. It also gives them their unique and indelible “pretzel” flavor. These pretzels make fantastic treats for your family movie night, group activities, parties and more. Great for dipping in garlic butter, honey mustard, or cheese and queso.
