Spiced Pear Jam
Our famous Pear Jam is a unique and flavorful jam made with ripe fresh picked organic pears grown right here in Northern Utah!
Depending on the batch of pears, the jam can take on a more floral taste but is always a fantastic combination of sweet and tart making each bite delicious! We use a combination of pears for our jam here at the Flour Box. Varieties include Bartlett, Bosc, Anjou, and Comice. Each variety carries a unique flavor. Each batch is made with a perfect blend of spices including Cinnamon and Lavendar. Pear Jam is a traditional favorite, and our amazing Pear Jam seems to float right out of the jar!
