Order Cancellations & Refunds
Special requests, and large custom orders over $100.00 require payment up front. We take cash, card, PayPal, or Venmo. Your order will be reserved once payment is received. Custom Orders need to be made at least 3 days in advance.
If you need to cancel your order, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. A partial refund will be issued in the form of original payment. Orders cancelled after the 48 hour window will not be refunded.
