Just because we eat enriched food, doesn’t mean we have to fill it with junk ingredients. Our ingredients are simple: Organic Flour (milled in house), Water, Mary Anne (Our 130 year-old starter), Organic Butter, Natural Whole Cane Sugar, and Organic Kosher Salt.
Though this croissant is flavorful and sizable enough to compose a nice meal, it only contains 8 grams of sugar.
